Encanto Taquería y Cantina is part of the SV Restaurant Group, founded by Alonso “Ocho” Saenz. Our story began in 2018 with a single food truck, La Única, built on a passion for sharing authentic Mexican flavors and hospitality with the community.

Since then, we’ve grown into multiple restaurant concepts across the Denver metro area, but our mission has never changed: bringing people together through great food, family recipes, and memorable experiences.
